The Outstanding Civilian Service is a medal given out by thePresident NPC for keeping at least 12 NPCs alive for 50 in-game days and nights, including at least one blood moon. It increases the health of all NPCs to 1000
and decreases all purchase prices by 25%. It also unlocks extra quotes from most NPCs, commenting on "All the good you've done for us" and "How nice it was of you to build homes for us".
