Hellraiser is a hardmode boss that can only be summoned after the Moon Lord has been defeated. It is the most powerful boss in the game. It is summoned by throwing a Guide Voodoo Doll into a pool of lava on the surface. There is a 30 second delay before the fight begins where you'll see the message "Unholy destruction is approaching...".
