The Bloody Cloak is an Hard Mode accessory that when worn, creates a red Magnet Sphere which fires every second, dealing 25 damage with each hit, within 15 blocks range. When a monster is hit, it will heal player's 1 full heart. The lower your health is, the faster sphere fires. It is the Crimson counterpart to the Withered cloak.
